Abigail Hedden grew up in Birmingham, Alabama spending most of her time in the beautiful outdoors that surrounded her. Through activities like hiking, dirt biking, swimming, and biking Abigail’s love for the outdoors grew. But soon she began to be drawn to the nature rather than activities taken place in it. 

Abigail Hedden began experimenting with photography in a way to capture the nature she saw. Her interest started to grow from flowers and trees to birds and squirrels to bees and millipedes. 

Abigail decided to further her education in photography by attending Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia. She became a documentary photography student and discovered her love for animals. She is now pursuing her education for her bachelors of fine art degree while focusing her photography on nature and wildlife.
